Good news and bad news

The good news: All (unsigned) comic/Case File orders have shipped!
The bad: …None have tracking. Apparently, USPS just flat-out doesn’t assign tracking numbers to first-class flats, something that was never communicated to me in any way when I was purchasing the postage in Backerkit. Upgrading them to parcels would have been prohibitively expensive and delay the packages by a few more days as we’d have to relabel everything, so I decided to just let them go. You should all be seeing them soon.
Orders with unsigned posters will be shopped tomorrow, as will the box of signed items for the cover artist.

The comics have arrived, and we’re packaging them up now. The goal is to have every order that doesn’t involve a signed comic/poster shipped out on Saturday, with the items that needs signatures also shipping out to the cover artist on that day, too.

After getting through a couple rounds of proofs and edits, everything is now printing. Packaging has also been ordered and is just waiting for the comics themselves to arrive.
Contrary to our previous estimates, the large posters will be sent out with the comics instead of separately.
The current plan is to have everything shipped out before the end of the month. The “digital extras pack”, which will include the digital sketches for those that ordered them, will immediately go out as soon as we see that all physical Case Files have been received or March 12th, whichever of the two comes first.
On either March 19th or 26th, the campaign for #2 will start, depending on how soon we get certain materials ready like the cover and preview pages.
