FINAL WEEK to back #2!

As the title says, there's only one week left on #2's campaign, and it's so, so close to being funded!
A new preview page from the bonus "ashcan" minicomic was just posted over on its campaign page, you can check it and all the other previews out there.
Now, however, some of you that have been following the updates posted on that campaign may have seen mention of a small "bonus" to be posted this Friday, and hey, I thought that it'd be neat to show it to original backers a few days earlier.
The comic cover currently on the page isn't quite the final version, it's missing a few extra details. This is the final cover for #2:
Again, you can back the new issue here. I've had a few messages asking which pledge is best for returning backers, as many tiers include the first issue. The $20 tier (while it does technically also include another digital copy of said first issue) was specifically made with returning backers in mind and even includes a bonus poster if you're a repeat customer.
If you're uninterested in posters, though, the $15 tier (or $7, if you want to go digital-only) gets you the full 32 pages of new story over both the issue and the ashcan, and you really can't go wrong with either.

With 13 days left to go on the second issue's Kickstarter, we’re now three-quarters of the way to our goal, and have just unlocked another preview page! Check them all out below, then back it at the link above!

Edit: So, turns out that when you attach images on your phone, they still stay "in" the update even if you move over to a normal browser to post it. Apologies for the below "phone screenshot" version of the first page, there's no way to fix on my end, and you apparently can't delete updates with attachments. Still, hey, it gets the point across.

The first issue has been fulfilled as of yesterday afternoon. Every last package shipped out. Which can only mean...
...that it's time to get started on #2.
At 7:07 PM Eastern time tomorrow, the new campaign will go live. You can find the prelaunch page here, though considering that there's less than 24 hours left and I'll inevitably post another update here once it's live, that's pretty much just a formality.
This one won't include a Case File, though, because only odd-numbered issues (of the six issues total) will get those. Even-numbered issues, starting with #2, get "ashcans". Eight extra pages of story taking place before the main events in a black-and-white digest-sized minicomic that you can get both digitally and physically with this new campaign.
And of course we have a preview for you all:

Signed items are finally shipping out tomorrow, they just got back to me today.
Someone has managed to solve the Case File puzzle without hints, so I can start giving them out to those struggling. Here’s two of them:
- The art print might be pretty fine, yet it doesn’t have anything to do with the puzzle. Fine print, on the other hand…
- Shard thought that he heard two guards discussing something about an “ass key” and just wrote it off as juvenile humor. Maybe he severely misheard…
With those, many of you should be able to solve it yourself, and if you don’t… well:
The Firebreak #2 campaign starts this Friday, and I wanted to throw in a little extra that people that backed this issue could get as a “loyalty bonus” of sorts. So… no matter which tier you backed this campaign at, if you back the “Conspirator” tier in this new one, we’ll throw in a bonus “single-sheet” poster version of the Case File puzzle, with one of the items slightly updated to be just a bit clearer.
(And, er, while we won’t be advertising this on the new campaign, if we manage to reach at least $2500 total this campaign, every loyalty backer that gets any physical reward will be shipped the individual updated item anyway, even at the single-issue tier, so there’s that too.)
Now that we’ve got all that out of the way… a preview. Very excited to show you all where this story goes. And where it starts, though you’ll know what that means this Friday.
